Wizard shows Connected Device List, select COM Port and click on Use Selected Device to Send SMS option.

Send Text Messages — Use 'Import and Composing' Options to import contacts from file or send dynamic or personalized SMS. Select 'Notification' or 'Standard SMS' as you want to send, choose other options such as Delayed Delivery, Exclusion Rules and click on 'Send' button.
